Warranty Policy

At interesting.fun, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. All products purchased from our website come with a standard one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
1. Standard Warranty Coverage
Our standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, if a product is found to be defective due to improper materials or craftsmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no additional charge.
2. Proof of Purchase
To make a warranty claim, please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase must clearly state the date of purchase and the name of the product. If you do not submit valid proof of purchase, which will be verified by our customer service team, you will be responsible for any repair costs incurred. The following types of documents, printed or electronic, are not considered valid receipts and therefore cannot be used to determine eligibility for warranty:
- Credit Card Statements
- PayPal and/or eBay (or any other auction site) confirmations
- Bank Statements
- Bills of Lading, Bills of Material, or any other type of shipping detail document
3. What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship that are present at the date of original purchase.
- Mechanical Failures: Any failures due to faulty construction or manufacturing defects.
If, within the warranty period, the product is determined to be defective due to improper materials or craftsmanship, we or our service partners will, without charge for labor or parts, repair or replace the product or its defective parts. All products and parts replaced become the property of interesting.fun or its service partners.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification or repair.
- Environmental Damage: Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, water, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
- Consumable Parts: Batteries, accessories, or other consumable parts that naturally degrade over time unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Improper Handling: Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, or maintenance.
- Force Majeure: Any damage or defect caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, riots, epidemics, governmental actions, or any other events that constitute a force majeure.
5. Warranty Limitations
- Tampering: All warranty claims become void if the product is tampered with by unauthorized persons or repair shops.
- Alterations: This warranty is voided by the removal or alteration of identification labels, serial numbers, or safety labels on the product or its parts.
6. International Warranty Enforcement
Warranty claims can be enforced in any country worldwide where the statutory rights of that country are not in conflict with our warranty regulations. Consumers may be entitled to statutory rights in their own countries, which are not restricted by these warranty terms and conditions, as the warranty is governed by the laws of the country in which the product was purchased by the consumer. The provisions of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods do not apply to this service.
7. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@interesting.fun with your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos or videos. Please include your proof of purchase.

Receive Return Authorization: If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back the defective product.

Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, if available, and include all parts and accessories. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
8. Repair or Replacement
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the defect. If the product is covered under our warranty, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair: Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace: Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of the same or similar model.
If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable product as a replacement or provide a refund at our discretion.
9. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
- Within Warranty Period: If your warranty claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to you.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping costs to send the defective product to us for inspection.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product under this warranty policy. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product.
11. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
